Refund & Cancellation Policy | Nearroom

1. Digital Connect Pass Service

Nearroom provides digital unlock services (“Connect Pass”) allowing prospective tenants to access direct contact information of verified property owners. Because digital contact info is delivered instantly upon unlock, Connect Pass purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked.

2. Exceptions & Disputed Numbers

If a contact unlocked via Connect Pass turns out to be an invalid/disconnected phone number, or if the listing was falsely reported as available within 24 hours of unlocking, tenants are eligible for a replacement credit or full refund by contacting contact@nearroom.in within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Room Deposits & Rent Settlements

Nearroom does not hold, collect, or arbitrate rental advance deposits or security bonds. Rental deposits transacted directly between tenants and property owners are governed by the mutual terms agreed between those private parties.
