Nearroom acts as an informational discovery facilitator and connection platform. We do not own, inspect every inch of, or manage the physical rental premises. Rental agreements, rent payments, security deposits, and physical occupancy arrangements are entered into directly between the tenant and the property owner.

Property owners must provide accurate descriptions, honest rental rates, authentic photographs, and keep room availability updated. Deceptive listings, discrimination, or abusive conduct may result in immediate suspension of host privileges.

4. Tenant Responsibility

Tenants are advised to physically inspect properties, verify landlord credentials, and clarify rental terms prior to remitting deposits or signing lease agreements.
